Inner Sanctum: New Moon Yoga Nidras

yoga nidra
is the art of
dying in Love
to be rebirthed in
Freedom

held in the fertile dark moon container,
three nights of guided ritual rest…
a sacred space of
surrender & renewal.

۞ Experience guided meditative rest for deep healing & restoration
۞ Feel refreshed, renewed & reconnected to elemental energies
۞ Restore your rhythmic inner cycles
۞ Dream with the Earth

Yoga nidra is a nourishing guided rest practice of meditative awareness, open to any and all.

Effortless guided breath, meditation + visualization through your inner world
world. Emerge rested and connected to your deeper self.

Elemental reconnections to clear your energy field and reconnect you to
primordial intelligence, your essential nature.

Open + co-creative space to allow the adaptogenic power of

Wednesday October 6th, 7:30-8:15 pm
Thursday October 7th, 7:30-8:15 pm
Friday October 8th, 7:30-8:15 pm

Three Nights of Live New Moon Nidra.

Yes. You will receive access to the recordings of the yoga nidras indefinitely.
The recordings will be sent to you via email after the three night retreat is complete.

No experience in yoga nidra is necessary to join. I will be there to guide you through the whole process.

To prepare, create a quiet and serene space for yourself, with dim lighting, blankets and pillows to be comfortable. I will guide you through the rest.

Our group will meet live each evening for 45 min.

I will open the space by inviting healing energies and a warm welcome for everyone present.

You will be invited to explore a few nourishing, restorative and optional breath practices and/or movements to release tension from your body and arrive in the present moment.

The yoga nidra practices will be between 15-30 min.

We will close the space with an open opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, sing together or any other organic closing rituals.

Yoga Nidra is an effortless gateway to your deeper Self.
You enter through your heart and emerge dripping in the
sweet nectar of Pure Being.

Welcome to the inner sanctum!
