Private Yoga sessions are personally tailored practices for deep reconnection with self.
Private sessions are especially beneficial for you if:
– You are looking to deepen a particular area of your practice (for example, meditation)
– You enjoy working intuitively with what you need on a day to day basis (for example, you are going through loss or you are working on birthing a new project)
– You are currently injured or recovering from an injury
– You are seeking intimacy with your menstrual cycle & how to practice in ways that are healing & uplifting for you at all phases of your cycle
– You are looking for personal & supportive discussions about ways that you can uplift your practice on & off the yoga mat
– You are a new yoga teacher or teacher in training seeking support
All private sessions are 75 minutes
