This is a recording of the live class that took place on June 26, 2021.

This is a really nourishing & energetically stabilizing practice that takes place close to the earth (mostly seated).

We bring awareness & spaciousness along the two sides of the back in turn, which then allows breath & energy to flow well in a balanced way through your body. The class finishes with a gentle pranayama practice for bringing yourself into the center by balancing breath & awareness between the two nostrils, then landing in the middle.

You might consider having a blanket to use as a prop.
