This is a recording of the live class that took place May 15th, 2021.
It’s a pranayama (breath) focused practice for exploring and experiencing the fullness of the breath cycle, and all of its part with openness and equanimity. This is a great practice for peering into your nature, and where in the energetic cycles of ascent and descent in your life that you tend to feel most comfortable within.
The practice includes about 10 min of intuitive movement to open space around the lungs, a short humming breath to settle and an in-depth experience of the breath cycle with guided awareness and retentions.
