This is a recording of the live class that took place on March 13, 2021.
It’s focus is the water element as it moves through the pelvic bowl and belly especially. We break up tension, tightness and rigidity through conscious breath and fluid movement, irrigating to welcome spring beginnings. This class could be very releasing and nourishing for the hips, pelvis, lower back and emotional body.
It’s a good idea to have a blanket with you to practice.
