This is a recording of the live, co-creative yoga nidra for the women who are participating in the free 4 week series case study.
It includes a series of words & phrases the women were wanting to hear, a reconnection with delight, pleasure & intuition.
This nidra also includes a visualization of oneself as a flower in ‘just the right environment.’ Created with the intention to cultivate cyclical harmony & self-Love by supporting a connection between heart and yoni, for women at any stage of the life cycle.
This is the third nidra to the 4 week series.
