Yin Yoga: Exploring the Elements (Online)



In the darkest depths of the seasonal wheel we are called to dream deeper and explore the ground of our being, just as the plants do. 
Rooting, releasing, dreaming, visioning.
Yin yoga is a practice that relieves deep seated tension in the joints and connective tissues in the physical body.
It is a practice for stepping back in our minds & allowing the wisdom of our bodies to come forth.
Long, slow, deep stretches are blended with soft, fluid movements for deep release and nourishment.

Please bring a blanket or yoga mat to practice on, another blanket for coziness and support and a bolster or pillow.
