This nidra was spontaneously recorded while I was reflecting on my experience with Menarche (the first menstrual bleed).
It is for you if you are interested in exploring your relationship with younger versions of yourself. I recommend connecting in with younger you while in your inner springtime of your cycle (days 5-12), as she really comes alive in this phase!
