Long, slow & deep stretches are blended with soft, fluid movements to
clear and refresh energy channels and guide the mind into
a soft and receptive state.
Live Yin Yoga classes with Jaylyn are offered weekly online Tuesday evenings
7:00-8:00 pm est.

Your class will also be available on playback
to practice at your own leisure.
To prepare: Create a quiet and serene space for yourself with yoga mat, blanket, pillow and dim lighting.
You will be guided through the rest. No experience with yin is expected.
