Why Yoga Nidrā?
Yoga Nidrā (or “Yogic Sleep”) is a guided journey that takes you into a state between wakefulness and deep sleep. This is a fluid state in which our body is deeply relaxed and our mind becomes soft and fertile.
It’s an ideal practice for those seeking restoration and a reconnection with the intuitive side of the brain, and of life.
Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down in a comfortable position, making it ideal for almost everyone.
It’s a restful practice we can lean into any time of day or evening.
All you need is 16 min and a comfortable place to lay down and listen to the audio recording.
I created the Yoga Nidrā practice in your ritual with the intention to hold space
and guide you into a state of presence with yourself.
I believe in the power of Yoga Nidrā to awaken us to our inner wisdom, as I’ve seen it unfold time and time again. From working 1:1 with clients and in groups, to guiding my own journey (with the guidance of my teachers), I’ve witnessed how Yoga Nidrā can effortlessly bring us ‘back home to ourselves.’ I’m delighted to invite you to experience the beautiful, healing benefits of Yoga Nidrā for yourself with this guided ritual.
