Energy medicine is a deeply personal journey in which you refine yourself in the most subtle, yet impactful ways.

Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) is the practice that I recommend to all of my clients and friends, and incorporate into almost all of the healing spaces I hold. There is nothing that Yoga Nidra can’t support. During times of my life when I needed deep replenishment, I practiced Yoga Nidra daily and found my energy levels and inner peace restored. When I’m seeking inspiration and inner guidance, I lie down in Nidra. This practice is a sanctuary of inner listening and space to simply be and receive in a world that is constantly asking us to do.
Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) heals the nervous system, restores and clears the mind at the level of the subconscious, and develops our intuition. Yoga Nidra restores our sense of total well-being.It includes elements such as breath awareness, body scans, and visualization.

The menstrual cycle is an inner movement of life force energy that affects us on the physical, mental/emotional, and even spiritual levels; it is your unique expression of feminine energy. Getting to know and understand your cycle is a key to unlocking endless doorways into self-love & care; it also holds keys to your expansion and evolution on all levels.
Connect to your inner seasons, your natural rhythms, and your feminine landscape.
We’ll explore your personal experience with your cycle, learn the language of your womb, and bring attention to those phase(s) that are calling for deeper healing. Uncover and deepen your unique strengths and engage your heart in rituals that heal and feed your feminine spirit.

This is a loving exploration into you.
Sessions often begin with a check-in to create the space with your intentions. You will be deeply heard and listened to, exploring essential practices and receiving holistic support.

Wear comfortable clothing and set up a yoga space for yourself to prepare. You’re welcome to rest on a couch or bed if you’re not interested in physical movement practices.
